Troy has been actively involved in the telecommunications industry since 1991. He has been involved with fiber optics, UTP, network hardware, telephone systems and other data communications products, procedures and installations. Troy’s experience in the contractor industry gives System Tech a greater understanding of construction procedures and helps meet the customer’s needs more precisely. His business development and corporate management skills have helped System Tech become the largest low voltage installation company in Idaho
Jaren’s involvement in the industry ranges from basic network installations and project management to design, estimation and consulting. Jaren’s experience began in 1998 with basic cabling and fiber optic installations and now he helps estimate, manage train and coordinate projects of any size and scope. His technical abilities now range from cabling and fiber optics to network setup, wireless installations, and surveillance systems. Jaren is a BICSI Certified Trainer, BICSI Registered Technician and holds certifications from companies such as Systimax, Ortronics, Leviton, Fluke Networks and Exacq. Certifications
Michael’s leadership, hard work, and knowledge propelled him from a basic installer to Operations Manager in 10 short years at System Tech. He continually increases his knowledge in an ever-changing industry and shares his knowledge to the installers and technicians. Being certified with BICSI, Ortronics, Kantech, and Exacq, Michael has all the skills to deliver exactly what customers need in any given situation. His commitment doesn’t stop at System Tech, he currently serves as a Tech. Sgt. in the Air Force Reserves in the field of Military Communications.
Scott's has a vast knowledge of all low voltage systems including fiber, copper, outside plant, cameras, surveillance, access control, data centers, coaxial systems, and security. He has been actively involved in the telecommunications industry since 1991 and is an experienced technician, project manager, and estimator. Owners and IT manager trust him to deliver well designed and expertly installed systems. Scott's experience and training in TIA Standards, NFPA and NEC codes, BICSI and A+ courses allow him to be a valuable resource to the System Tech team
Dave has been part of the System Tech team since 2012, bringing with him 6 years of experience as a project manager and systems designer. His previous 8 years of active duty Army service provide Dave with a wealth of experience working in high-stress situations. Dave has a BS & MBA in IT Management, is a BICSI Technician and RCDD and holds a NICET Level 2 certification for fire alarm systems. Dave is well versed in IP and analog CCTV systems, access control and fire alarm design, installation and troubleshooting. He is a Systimax authorized trainer and has certifications with CommScope, Systimax, Ortronics, Leviton, Exacq, Kantech and others.
After 17 years in the industry, Steve joined System Tech in 2014 with superior knowledge in fiber optics, UTP, network hardware, telephone systems and other data communications products, procedures and installations. His best success with System Tech has been working with St. Luke’s in Boise, Idaho. He recently donated time and materials for the hospital’s Butterfly Room for parents who have lost children at birth. When Steve isn’t working with his team at System Tech, he puts on a different hat. He has been the head coach for a local high school and club soccer club for 25 years. As a great communicator with stellar interpersonal skills, Steve proves just how valuable he is to the company day in and day out.
